Article 1. Eligibility of membership - This site is only available to people who are legally able to form binding contracts with the sellers of an item. People who are of under the age of 18 are not eligible for membership due to security precautions that are mandated by both Federal and State Authorities. If you do not meet these requirements, you are not eligible to use NMAXXDEALS services.

Article 2. NMAXXDEALS is only providing a FIXED PRICE service platform and cannot guarantee the authenticity and quality of a said product. We are not responsible for the actions the sellers takes, before, during, and after the sale, typographical errors, mis-prints, loss of merchandise/money, damage or failure of equipment, due to your visit to this site. Use of this site is at your own risk, and content is presented 'As-Is'.

Article 3. Buying Process - Any Item selected for purchase must be picked up at our location, 670 Old Highway 51 North, Nesbit, MS.  38651.  You must pick up the item the same week you select the item for purchase.  Pick up days will be Friday 9 am. to 5 pm and Saturday 9 am to 1 pm.  Payment will be accepted at pick up.  You may pay with Cash, Credit/Debit at time of pick up.  If paying with Credit/Debit a 3.5% fee will be added to your total.  All purchases will have 7% Mississippi sales tax added to total.  If any item selected for purchase is not picked up and paid for by the end of the week (Friday 9am to 5pm or Saturday 9am to 1pm) then the item will be removed from your check out and restocked for resale.  If this occurs 3 times, you will be suspended from purchasing in the future.

Article 4. Warranty - NMAXXDEALS provides this website in an 'as-is' condition, without a warranty or condition. NMAXXDEALS is not liable for any damages resulting in a sale, or your visit to the site.

Article 5. Time Zone- Nmaxxdeals server is located on the east coast therefore, the site clock will display Eastern Standard Time.  Please consider the time difference based on your time zone and adjust accordingly.
